The industry has rcognized Rob Stansel for such achievements as:

  • Sales Manager of the Year from the Greater Cincinnati Home Builders Association.
  • The U.S. Forestry Department awarded Stansel & Assoc., a Global Relief Award for developing Nordyke Trails; Cincinnati's 1st Green Community; dedicated to preserving the environment.
  • A Trustee for the National Association of Home Builders for 3 years; serving on the Custom Home Builders and Land Developers' Committees. 

  • As Director of Sales & Marketing for River’s Bend, Home of the Tournament Players Club, Stansel & Associates set a new standard for lot sales for a master planned golf community in Cincinnati.  A five year land plan to sell 250 homesites was sold out, 2 years ahead of schedule… exceeding the old benchmark by 27% for lots closed in one year, and 48% in sales revenue.  The unique blend of marketing strategies and team coordination earned River’s Bend the designation as Cincinnati’s #1 selling master plan community in 2001.
